❓ Common Issues

Setup got stuck / buttons didn't appear

Send start to begin your setup again. This won't delete any food you've already logged. If buttons don't show, you can type your answers instead (e.g. type lose, maintain, or gain).

Food logged to the wrong day

After logging food, send that was yesterday to move it. You can also log directly to past days: yesterday: chicken stir fry or monday: 2 eggs on toast.

Calories seem wrong

Our AI estimates based on average portions. Be specific for better accuracy: 200g chicken breast is better than chicken. You can also save your own entries: save my smoothie = 350.

Not getting morning/evening messages

Check-ins are sent at 6:30 AM and 8:00 PM (SA time). Make sure your setup is complete — send help to check. If your goal shows, you're set up correctly.

Want to see yesterday's summary

Send summarize yesterday or log yesterday to see a full breakdown with macros.

Want to change my goal / weight

Send start to redo your setup with new numbers. Your food logs are kept.

Want to delete my account

Send delete to permanently remove all your data. You can also send export first to download everything (your right under POPIA).
